Scalesgear.com: Items purchased online may be returned by mail in their original condition and accompanied by the original packing slip within 30 days. If a customer returns products purchased from SCALES official e-commerce site after thirty (30) days, no credits or exchanges will be issued. All sales of face wraps are final due to the recent coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Returns in any condition will not be accepted.
SCALE™ Suspension Coilovers: Prior communication is required before considering cancelling/returning or exchanging products. A restocking fee from 20 to 40% is required on all cancellations on custom builds or out-of-stock items orders. Exchanges are offered within two weeks (14 days) of receiving your product if the suspension is in new condition (not partially or entirely installed). Returns must be requested within seven days of receiving the product. The product must be unused and in the same condition that received, including but not limited to; uninstalled or not partially installed, undamaged and with the original packaging. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the MSRP price of the product.
Scalebranding: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund of your payment within 7 days of your order. The full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
